Day before weigh in. When I woke up I took my Max WLX and on the way down to Eugene I enjoyed a Gogurt. For lunch I had half of a bean burrito from Taco Bell. For dinner I had fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken, broccoli, and a roll. I had a grape juice / Squirt mix to drink (40 minutes after taking my Max WLX).
For exercise I played basketball for an hour. I was shooting really well, especially from behind the three point line. There was another big man there, talking some pretty heavy smack. Well in the end he wasn't talking because I handled my business down low and he couldn't stop the "Great White Yo" that is what they called me when I played in inner city Baltimore.
I am excited to see the numbers on the scale tomorrow. I wish I would have eaten better this week but what is done is done and I can't change it now.
