Had school today. I had a cup of yogurt for breakfast (40 minutes after I took Max WLX). For lunch I had a 32 ounce bottle of water and a handful of peanut butter M&M's. For dinner I had some spaghetti with meat balls, a slice of cube steak and a glass of non fat milk.
For exercise tonight I played in two softball games. We won both of them. I also did 20 crunches after getting home. I hit an inside the park home run tonight. I was really booking it around the bases and my team mates said I was faster than I was last week. They may have just been pulling my chain but I felt like I was running faster than I have all season.
3 more days until weigh in. I am excited to see the results for week 2.
