Weigh in after 4 weeks of the diet

The results are in and ..................................I lost 4.6 lbs which makes a total weight loss in 4 weeks 20.1 lbs. Yeah that's right I'm bringing Sexy Rexy Back!! As I explained in the video I have now lost 3 1/4 inches off my chest and waist. I have lost 1 1/2 inches off my hips and 1 inch off my each thigh. I have also lost 1 1/4 inch of each arm.

Leptin Video

Week 4 Day 2

Wow, I had so much homework today that my head was spinning! I took my Max WLX as soon as I woke up. I had a GoGurt 40 minutes later. I had my nose in text books for the next 6 hours. I had a bowl of chicken, broccoli, potato, and cheddar soup with a roll for lunch. I took my son to a local high school football game this evening to watch one of the young men in our church play. At the game Seth and I each had a hot dog, popcorn and shared a 20 oz Mug Root Beer. At the end of the game we shared a hot chocolate to warm up.

For exercise I did a crunches circut (30 normal, 30 on each side, and 30 diagonal).

Tomorrow I have another practice LSAT up and Lewis and Clark hopefully I will do better on this one than I did last week.

Week 4 Day 1

This morning was the weigh in. I am still really happy about the overall results. For breakfast I had a Gogurt (40 minutes after taking Max WLX). For lunch I had an Emergen C and 2 waffles. For Dinner I had 4 pieces of pizza from Paddington's Pizza (the best pizza in the world) a glass of orange soda and a piece of birthday cake with ice cream. It is one of my brother's birthday today. Scott is now 22.

For exercise I went on a short jog and did some weeding around one of the fruit trees in the back yard. Who knew that yard work could make you sweat so much even in cold temperatures.

Week 3 Day 7

Day before weigh in. When I woke up I took my Max WLX and on the way down to Eugene I enjoyed a Gogurt. For lunch I had half of a bean burrito from Taco Bell. For dinner I had fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken, broccoli, and a roll. I had a grape juice / Squirt mix to drink (40 minutes after taking my Max WLX).

For exercise I played basketball for an hour. I was shooting really well, especially from behind the three point line. There was another big man there, talking some pretty heavy smack. Well in the end he wasn't talking because I handled my business down low and he couldn't stop the "Great White Yo" that is what they called me when I played in inner city Baltimore.

I am excited to see the numbers on the scale tomorrow. I wish I would have eaten better this week but what is done is done and I can't change it now.

Week 3 Day 6

Today I had a Gogurt for breakfast (40 minutes after taking my Max WLX). For lunch I had a grilled cheese sandwich with chicken noodle soup. For dinner I had 2 1/2 slices of pizza and a glass of raspberry soda. I forgot to take my Max WLX before eating dinner.

For exercise I played basketball for an hour and a half.

I read pretty much all day today in between eating and basketball. My eyes hurt.

Week 3 Day 5

Today I took my Max WLX as soon as I woke up and off we were down to Eugene for school. I had a Gogurt (tavel size yogurt) on the way down. When I got to school I found out just how behind in the reading I really am and it is depressing. For lunch I had a Panda Bowl from Panda Express (orange chicken and chow mein). For dinner I had take out mexican food from Muchas Gracias. I had an Oregon buritto and a carne asada buritto along with a side of rice and a large orange soda. I did take my Max WLX before doing so. I ate way to much and didn't pay attention to my body telling me to stop. I think the stress of school was getting to me.

For exercise I played in a softball game. We are in a single elimination tournament and we played the number 2 seed team. I pitched and we came from behind in the 6 inning to win the game 8-7. So this means that next week we will play in the semi-finals and if we win then we will play right after that in the championship. We have already pulled one upset and I think we are on a roll. We haven't lost in 9 games.

I hope to be able to eat better.

Week 3 Day 4

Today I had the left over biscuits and gravy for breakfast (40 minutes after I took my Max WLX). For lunch I had left over Swedish meatballs with pasta I ate way to much of it. I skipped dinner and therefore forgot to take my Max WLX.

For exercise I did crunches and push ups. I have had so much homework to catch up on. I really think that each of my professors think that their class is the only one that I could ever be taking this term.

Week 3 Day 3

Today, I woke up and took my Max WLX. I had to leave to Eugene so that I could take a practice LSAT exam. So on the way down I ate a cup of strawberry yogurt. The exam lasted 4 hours. When I got home I had a bowl of cereal for lunch. For dinner we had the missionaries from our church over and we put on a breakfast spread. We had french toast, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, and hash browns. It tasted great.

For exercise today I had a 20 minute walk from where I parked to the Knight Law School at the U of O campus. I also did 30 crunches this evening.

Tomorrow I had 4 hours of church meetings and a ton of homework. Hopefully I will be able to get some exercise in.

Week 3 Day 2

Today my wife made breakfast. I had 3 eggs and some tater tots. Good stuff. I ate it 40 minutes after I took my Max WLX. For lunch I had a chef salad while watching the new episode of the the Office at NBC. com since I missed it last night playing basketball. For dinner I barbecued chicken thighs and also barbecued zucchini and served it with steamed rice. It was very good. I had a glass of chocolate milk during the day and had grape soda with dinner.

I did crunches for exercise and that was about it.

My wife and I went to her doctor appointment today and the doctor said that she is measuring 22 weeks and she is only 16. He said there is a possibility that we are having twins. We are going in for the ultra sound on Halloween. I already told her that I will be standing outside of arms reach until we find out if there are one or two babies in the oven. I have felt all along that there is a good possibility that we are having twin. That would be so awesome.

Week 3 Day 1

I am still buzzing from this morning. I am so excited to have lost 12.9 lbs in 2 weeks. For breakfast today I had a cup of yogurt (40 minutes after taking Max WLX). For lunch I had left over Swedish meatballs and pasta. For dinner I took the kids to Chuck E Cheese while my wife hosted a Scentsy party. I had three slices of Hawaiian style pizza with a class of root beer.

For exercise today I started by doing a hour worth of yard work (pulling weeds), I ran all over Chuck E Cheese with Seth and Madison. After that I played basket ball for an hour and fifteen minutes.

I am excited for the up coming week. I have so much homework due tomorrow!! I can't wait to get it done.

Weigh-In After 2 Weeks of Diet

And the results are.......drum roll......................4.5 pounds of weight loss. This make 12.9 pounds of total weight loss in 2 weeks.



I also took my measurements this morning. I am now 52 inches across my chest and waist. That is a 2 inch loss in each area. I have lost and inch around my arms and and inch around both thighs. This product is really working. I hope to be under 330 this next week. The best part about Max WLX is that the major weight loss isn't suppose to kick in until after week 4.

Week 2 Day 7

Tomorrow is the big weigh in for week 2. Today I took my Max WLX right when I woke up. I had a cup of yogurt for breakfast. For lunch I had a rolled burrito from Taco Time. For dinner I had Swedish meatballs served over pasta.

For exercise I walked around campus in between classes.

My pants were falling off of me today. I had my belt to the last notch and they were still falling down. I had to lift them up like every 5 steps.

I am really looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow. Even if I haven't lost more weight I know that I am loosing inches.

Week 2 Day 6

Hello everybody, today was good. I had a cup of yogurt for breakfast (40 minutes after taking Max WLX). I had a chef's salad for lunch and I had some chicken nuggets and tater tots for dinner (40 minutes after I took Max WLX.

I played basketball for an hour and a half for exercise. I also mowed David and Michelle's lawn earlier in the day.

2 days until weigh in. I think I am really going to like the result.

Week 2 Day 5

Had school today. I had a cup of yogurt for breakfast (40 minutes after I took Max WLX). For lunch I had a 32 ounce bottle of water and a handful of peanut butter M&M's. For dinner I had some spaghetti with meat balls, a slice of cube steak and a glass of non fat milk.

For exercise tonight I played in two softball games. We won both of them. I also did 20 crunches after getting home. I hit an inside the park home run tonight. I was really booking it around the bases and my team mates said I was faster than I was last week. They may have just been pulling my chain but I felt like I was running faster than I have all season.

3 more days until weigh in. I am excited to see the results for week 2.

Week 2 Day 4

Very tired this morning. Didn't get home from the game until 1:30 in the morning. Woke up around 10 am and took my Max WLX. Waited 40 minutes and had a cup of yogurt. Went to church from 1-4 pm. Had a root beer float for lunch (yes it tasted great!). For dinner I had barbecue chicken, with grilled zucchini, summer squash, and red/yellow bell peppers served over rice. We also had a wonderful garden salad with carrots, celery, pear, cilantro, and home made ranch dressing. For desert we had a fruit salad made with strawberry yogurt, bananas, orange, apple, and marshmellow.

For exercise I did a circut training on the weight bench of bicep curls, tricep extentions and seated row. I also did 20 crunches.

I felt good today and had a bunch of homework to catch up on.

Week 2 Day 3

Saturday was a great day. When the Ducks win it is always a good day. For breakfast I had a cup of yogurt (40 minutes after I took Max WLX). For lunch I had a double whopper from Burger King (yeah I know not the best choice but I was really hungry and it is a game day tradition to get a burger. For I had a cup of hot chocolate, some popcorn, and I shared a plate of nachos with my wife (jalapenos included).

For exercise we walked from our usual parking spot about 3/4 mile away from the stadium. Once we got to the stadium I walked up the grand staircase, up one long ramp on the west side of the stadium and back down and then ran up the north side stadium ramp and down the stairs to the 18th row of the student section. Also walked back to the car after the game.

We had a fun time as we usually do and we considered it our date night. Grandma and Grandpa watched Seth and Madison while we went down to Eugene.

Week 2 Day 2

No fires today!! For breakfast I had a cup of yogurt. For lunch had half of a peanut and honey sandwich. For dinner I had a salad plate of pumpkin deserts. We were at a church function in which there was a contest of who could make the best pumpkin desert. I must say the pumpkin desert my wife made was my personal favorite.

For exercise I went on a 20 minute walk. I feel like I am recovering from the madness from all the excitement we had on Thursday night.

Week 2 Day 1

It was a very eventful day. For breakfast I had a bowl of cereal (40 minutes after I took Max WLX). I had a cup of yogurt for lunch. For dinner I had a french dip sandwich with some homemade french fries. I had water to drink.

In the middle of making dinner the over began to flicker PF (Power Failure) several times. I opened the oven door to inspect what was going on. When I opened the door the light in the oven began to come on and off erratically. At that moment Aleece heard a popping sound coming from the basement. She said it was the circuit breaker so I ran downstairs to investigate. When I opened the basement door there was sparks flying from the ceiling onto the floor and nearly starting a fire. I ran over to the source and could see that it was the wire running through a truss that had exploded and was just about to set the truss on fire. I blew out the flame and ran over to the breaker box and flipped the breaker to the oven. That stopped the sparking, I got the wire out of the truss and Aleece had already called the fire department. They came out and inspected the electrical work and made sure that no more problems would occur. During all the inspecting we sat in the back of a warm ambulance. We are so grateful we were home when ths happened and that it was very minimal damage.

For exercise yesterday I mowed the lawn which took an hour. I played basketball last night for about an hour and a half. I felt a little lethargic at basketball I am not sure it I got zapped by the 220 electric line and didn't feel it at the time because of the adrenalin.

Weigh-In After 1 Week of Diet

OK, I know you are all as excited as I am to find out how much weight I have lost after being on Max WLX for one week.

The results are.............. 8.7 pounds of weight loss. I am now down to 337.2 pounds!!

That is the direction I want to be heading. I feel great, my stomach is getting smaller. I have more energy!

Tonight as usual I will update you as to what I have eaten today and what exercise I participated in.

Week 1 Day 7

Today was a much better day at school. I wasn't bombarded with extreme biased opinions. This morning I took my Max WLX right after getting up. On the way down to Eugene I ate a cup of yogurt for breakfast. For lunch I had some peanut butter M&M's and a diet coke. For dinner I had left over baked potato with the creamy chicken, broccoli, cheddar, and chunk chicken sauce. I had an even smaller portion tonight than last night.

For exercise today I walked at least a mile around campus in between classes. This evening I worked out on my weight bench. I did 3 set of 10 in bicep curls, triceps extensions, & power cleans. I also did 40 crunches, 20 side crunches on each side, and 30 oblique crunches on each side.

I am super excited for the weigh in tomorrow. I really want to see what progress I have made in the last week. I feel great, I feel like I am getting healthier, my energy level has increased tremendously.

Tomorrow morning I will video record the weight in so I look forward to sharing that moment with you all.

Week 1 Day 6

I had a very energetic day. I woke up ready to take on the world. For breakfast I had a bowl of honey nut cheerios (the generic brand) 30 minutes after taking my Max WLX. Following breakfast I went over to David and Michelle's home to mow their yard and rake up some leaves. That took me right about an hour (good workout). For lunch I had a cup of yogurt, and a glass of chocolate milk. For dinner I had a baked potato covered in a cream of chicken, broccoli, cheese, and extra chicken sauce. I was only able to eat a little over half of my plate. I had taken my Max WLX 40 minutes prior to eating.

I have found that by streching the time out to 40 minutes prior to eating that I eat less. So from this point forward I am going to take Max WLX 40 minutes before I eat.

I also played basetball last night for almost 2 hours. Very good cardio. I feel great and I really think this weigh in on Thursday is going to show some excellent results. Wednesday will be as they say on The Biggest Loser my last chance workout.

Week 1 Day 5

I had a very frustrating day at school. I have four classes. Two of those classes are very controversial; Politics of Gender and Politics of Religion. The latter is challenging because half the class is "atheist" 1/4 don't know what to believe and the rest are very ignorant as the history of religion. The Politics of Gender is being taught in a manner were we the students are suppose to accept the idea that there should be no gender categories of male and female. I completely disagree and it is very difficult to voice my opinion without stepping on the professors toes and offending half the class that agree with her.

Now that I have vented about the rest of my day....the diet is going great. I had a cup of yogurt this morning after I arrived at school. I had a Subway Spicy Italian foot long with water to drink for lunch. I had a bowl of chicken broccoli cheddar potato soup with about 7 saltine crackers for dinner and water to drink.

For exercise today I walked at least a mile around campus in between classes, and I played in two softball games this evening. We won both of them!! My wife tells me she can see my stomach shrinking. Hopefully she isn't just feeding me a line. I feel it tightening up so that is a good thing.

I am looking forward to seeing the results on the scale in 3 days.

Week 1 Day 4

I had a very enjoyable Sunday. I had a cup of yogurt for breakfast (30 minutes after I took Max WLX). For lunch I had a plate of nachos. For dinner I had ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, and I slice of whole wheat bread with butter. For desert I had a small serving of apple crisp.

For exercise today I fell down the steps of my parents front porch :-). I am fine and I can laugh about it now but at the time I was pretty upset with myself for forgetting that I was wearing my house shoes going down wet wooden stairs. Disaster waiting to happen. I also did my normal routine of crunch.

This might sound crazy but I feel my stomach starting to tighten up. It has a lot of tightening up to do before I get to the weight I was but I feel like I am on the right path.

I have school tomorrow so I will be packing myself something to eat in the morning. I'll make the decision on what tomorrow morning. I have to much homework to do right now to even think about it. 4 days until the next weigh in.

Week 1 Day 3

I had a really good day up until the University of Oregon football game. The Trojans took us down and it wasn't even close after the first half.

Today, I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast (30 minutes after I took Max WLX) and for lunch I had a chocolate cookie and a glass of root beer. For dinner I had a bowl of chicken cider stew. I munched on some seven layer dip during the game and had a can of Squirt.

For exercise today I rode a stationary bike for 10 minutes riding for 2.5 miles. I did 30 crunches and 30 oblique crunches on each side. I am eating much less that I normally would have at meals. I feel full really fast and it is strange for me to not have a desire to finish my plate. Without being on Max WLX I know I would have had at least seconds on the stew this evening.

I feel good, still a little bummed about the football game but happy that I am doing something about my weight. I really want to be here for my children when they get older.

Lets see what tomorrow brings.

Week 1 Day 2

Today was very busy. We had a dinner party to prepare for which meant getting the house looking presentable and going grocery shopping.

Right after a bowl of cereal for breakfast (30 minutes after taking Max WLX) I went on a job/walk with Seth down the dirt road. It is about 1/2 mile in total length.

For lunch I had a cob salad with fat free ranch dressing. I looked at the product facts of the regular ranch and the fat free ranch. The calorie difference blew me away. The regular ranch was 210 calories per serving. The fat free ..... 40 calories per serving.

Dinner was barbecued chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob. I cooked it all so of course it tasted amazing ;-). I had some desert to go with it, a brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

While watching the late night news I did 30 regular crunches and 30 oblique crunches on each side.

I feel good, I am really enjoying the appetite suppressant in the supplement. It has opened my eyes to how much food I have been eating in the past that was unnecessary. 5 more days until the weigh in.

Week 1 Day 1

Today was a good day. I had a cup of yogurt for breakfast, a bowl of cereal for lunch and I had a foil dinner (ground beef, potatoes, and carrots all cooked in sealed tin foil). The Max WLX kicked in half way through the meal and was not able to finish my plate.

For exercise today I mowed the lawn, did 3 sets of 15 reps on bicep curls, and after dinner I went and played 2 on 2 basketball for and hour and a half.

I had more energy than normal while playing tonight. I am not sure if that is suppose to be normal while taking this supplement or if I just was feeling really good for some other reason.

I have been trying to get the video downloaded to the blog from this morning but it seems to time out every time I try.

Day one is in the books and I like how I feel. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Max WLX Experiment

Hello friends and family,

I woke up this morning and got on the scale, I was very disappointed by the results. I came in at 345.9. I have decided to blog my experience using a new weight loss product called Max WLX. It comes from a company named Max International. Some of you may know that I started working with Max International in March of this year. I was intrigued by their glutathione product and started using the product to reduce the swelling in my surgically repaired foot. Funny thing happened. It worked. When I have Max GXL (the glutathione product) in my system my foot doesn't bother me, I have natural energy, and I recover from workouts in a fraction of the time that it previously took.

Max WLX was introduced in June of this year but not before it had gone through a double blind, placebo, cross-over testing (the "Gold Standard" for pharmecutical products and this isn't even a drug) in which the average results were:

• 21.5 lbs. of Body Fat in 8 weeks!
• 3.96 inches off their waist
• 3.28 inches off their hips
• 1.20 inches off each thigh

It was found to be 90% more effective than diet and exercise alone!

I took my measurements this morning at here are my starting points:

• 54 inches around my waist
• 52 inches around my hips
• 31 inches around each thigh
• 54 inches around my chest
• 17 1/2 inches around each arm



I am posting a video from this morning so that you don't have to take my word for it you can actually see me go through this process. I plan to weigh myself once a week for eight weeks.
