I had a very energetic day. I woke up ready to take on the world. For breakfast I had a bowl of honey nut cheerios (the generic brand) 30 minutes after taking my Max WLX. Following breakfast I went over to David and Michelle's home to mow their yard and rake up some leaves. That took me right about an hour (good workout). For lunch I had a cup of yogurt, and a glass of chocolate milk. For dinner I had a baked potato covered in a cream of chicken, broccoli, cheese, and extra chicken sauce. I was only able to eat a little over half of my plate. I had taken my Max WLX 40 minutes prior to eating.
I have found that by streching the time out to 40 minutes prior to eating that I eat less. So from this point forward I am going to take Max WLX 40 minutes before I eat.
I also played basetball last night for almost 2 hours. Very good cardio. I feel great and I really think this weigh in on Thursday is going to show some excellent results. Wednesday will be as they say on The Biggest Loser my last chance workout.
