Week 3 Day 1

I am still buzzing from this morning. I am so excited to have lost 12.9 lbs in 2 weeks. For breakfast today I had a cup of yogurt (40 minutes after taking Max WLX). For lunch I had left over Swedish meatballs and pasta. For dinner I took the kids to Chuck E Cheese while my wife hosted a Scentsy party. I had three slices of Hawaiian style pizza with a class of root beer.

For exercise today I started by doing a hour worth of yard work (pulling weeds), I ran all over Chuck E Cheese with Seth and Madison. After that I played basket ball for an hour and fifteen minutes.

I am excited for the up coming week. I have so much homework due tomorrow!! I can't wait to get it done.
